That's possibly true, as "Massive Damage" has completely changed the monk meta in RA and, I bet, in some other formats. For other professions, half of the builds that were already good or OP got stronger. The other half got weaker and are mostly out of the scene.
If for some people it was already bothersome how limited the good options were, things just got really poor now.
EDIT: Hundred Blades got stronger, didn't it? Might interest the sword warriors, especially because the elite by itself won't cap the 60 damage per hit to activate spirit bond.
